Coming in November
[ peace in the middle east ]
The playwright/screenwriter,
David Mamet, who brought us "Wag The Dog," "State & Main," and "Speed," is
back with a new farce-yes, farce. This new, biting comedy-which has nothing and
everything to do with romance-tells a courtroom story. The defendant has the
secret to peace in the Middle East, but bureaucracy is keeping him from getting
across town to the ongoing peace conference. Some of the wackiest, most
fascinating characters you'll ever meet in a play make this a soon-to-be
classic. Strong language, not recommended for children or pre-teens. Directed by
Murray Chase at the
Venice Little Theatre. |
