We would like to thank our anything arts readers for your continued support. Last week anything arts produced an evening of improv at SAXES with "Becky's Rejects." We sent out a special anything arts bulletin and the response was fantastic! We not only sold out, filling 160 seats, but we had to regretfully turn people away at the door. Thank you and see you at the next anything arts event March 18th. See ad at the bottom!

Skip Dydra

Skip specializes in fooling people; people’s eyes. Using a technique called Trompe L’oeil, Skip has painted realistic murals on walls, floors and ceilings, both inside and outside, from St. Armands to Buenos Aries. His work is intended to please and surprise and typically catches the viewer off guard, causing them to try to figure out exactly what they are looking at. Is it real, or not? Locally, Skip is probably best known for the painting on the 50 ft high Crisp Building, next to Mediterraneo restaurant. Skip lives with his wife and daughter in Towles Court where he also has a studio.
