Featured Artist
Judy Kramer

Judy Kramer had the simple desire to take better vacation photos and learn to frame them. However, she quickly realized that photography was more to her than simply snapping a shot here and there on the road. In fact, Judy discovered that photography was not only an outlet for her artistic side but also a way to help others by sharing the world around her. After taking a few classes, here and there, she quickly transitioned from hobbyist to artist. Judy’s work has been exhibited in several states and across the pond in Russia and Italy. Quite often the artist’s eye sees more than is readily apparent and that leads to active participation in helping the plight of others. The same is true with Judy, she regularly travels to Veliky Novgorod on humanitarian trips accompanied by artists, artisans and health care professionals with the Novgorod Alliance. Judy’s professional photographs have helped raise awareness and much needed funding for the causes supported by the Alliance. Judy is represented locally by the Katharine Butler Gallery and is a member of Women Contemporary Artists. (click here to nominate our next artist)

Is he endowed with a unique and awesome gift or is he a con man? This is the question raised by him, his long-suffering wife Grace (Lisa Morgan) and his devoted manager Teddy (Geoffrey Todd). As the three bare their innermost thoughts, they ask provocative questions about whom we trust, what we know and why we believe. Chris Dolman, director of last season’s The Retreat from Moscow, joins the Banyan Theater again to direct Faith Healer.” To purchase tickets, call 941-552-1032 or visit the box office inside the FSU Center lobby.
